I began my journey into lighting design in my early high school years, intrigued by how lighting effects the mood and atmosphere as a story unfolds onstage. Since then, I have worked on 24 unique performances as a lighting designer, electrician, programmer, and stage hand. I have also fully designed and hung the lighting rig for multiple special events, such as stage performances, orchestral concerts, parties, and professional meetings. I graduated from Christopher Newport University in Newport News Virginia, with a major in Theatre: Design & Technology and a minor in Film Studies.
